I have been busy over this last weekend so I am just now getting back to my blog. Thursday night was the opening at the Mobile Museum of Art for the Shared Expressions show. The museum was packed with both artists and visitors for the opening. I was not able to photograph any of the work due to the security guards ]-: but I did get a shot of the crowd in the atrium. This show includes all the community arts organizations, painters, quilters, potters, photographers, and it is displayed upstairs in one, large room. The show is beautifully hung and lit, D you did a great job! My work is in the Watercolor and Graphic Arts Society section. However, look at everything because I think you will be amazed at the level of ability in our community. A couple of my friends won prizes (kudos to Lydia and Lynda) so make sure to see their pieces. I will post a painting tomorrow. The business of the last few days has kept me from the studio, so it is time to go at it again! Be well!!
